Inside Linebacker:  

  • Brandon Perkins, Senior – 3-year starter

Secondary:  

  • Brody Colbert, Junior – returning starter at strong safety/linebacker 
  • Quinn Hart, Senior – 3-year starter at cornerback 
  • Jonathon Wood, Senior – 3-year starter at free safety 
  • Cody Lagamba, Junior – returning starter
  • Taylor Robinson, Junior – will start at cornerback    

Special Teams: 

  • Senior Mike Giardinelli will be the kicker on kickoffs, while Brendan Amico will do extra points and field goals, where he saw action last year; senior Sean Mannion returns as the punter
  • Colbert and Hart will be the return men

Recruiting:  

  • Lewis has verballed to Michigan 
  • Perkins has offers from Monmouth, Stony Brook, Kent State, Central Michigan, Villanova, and eight others 
  • Gravener has an offer from Bentley and interest from Fordham 
  • Hart has a Sacred Heart offer 
  • Fuller-Williams has interest from several, including Monmouth 
  • Wood has interest from Fordham and Assumption 
  • Rucker and Sean Mannion are receiving D2/D3 looks 
  • Forman may go the D3 route   
  • Underclassmen:
  • Cope, Colbert, and Bruno have ability, but their fate will be determined the next two years

“We have the potential to be very dynamic and very physical. This is the biggest team that I have had and we have ten players back on defense. We can be very explosive, offensively and there are several competing t get on the field. On defense, we will fly around the field.” – Head Coach Frank Fucetola
