  • Sean Childs, Sophomore, 5-9, 210 – primary fullback 
  • Kelvin Smith, Junior, 6-3, 210 – reserve and will play at wide receiver
  • Liam Rempel, Junior 6-5, 215 – reserve and will play at wide receiver 
  • Keegan Woods, Post-Grad, 6-1, 220 – reserve 

Wide Receiver: 

  • Nick DeGennaro, Senior, 6-0, 186 – returning starter 
  • Owen Anderson, Junior, 6-4, 200 – returning starter 
  • Ben Romano, Sophomore, 6-0, 190 – will rotate in; Delbarton transfer

  • Beau Lanzidelle, Post-Grad, 6-5, 300 – considered equal with five starters up front, filling in at several positions; played at Shawnee

Middle Linebacker:

  • Keegan Woods, Post-Grad – will start; played at Rumson-Fair Haven 

Outside Linebacker:  

  • Wyatt Hammond, Post-Grad, 6-0, 190 – will start; played at Paramus Catholic 
  • Sean Childs, Sophomore – competing at other outside post 
  • Jackson Kraemer, Sophomore, 5-11, 185 – competing at other outside post 
  • Tyler Robbins, Senior, 5-11, 200 – competing at other outside post  

Cornerback:  

  • Nick DeGennaro, Senior – returning starter
  • Grant Hansen, Senior, 5-11, 170 – started in 2017 and did not play football last year 
  • Ahmad Dixon, Sophomore – will rotate in 

Safety:  

  • Ian Franzoni, Senior – all three will rotate at the two safeties 
  • Ben Romano, Sophomore – all three will rotate at the two safeties
  • Matt Gallehdari, Junior, 6-0, 190 – all three will rotate at the two safeties 

Special Teams: 

  • Kicker and punter have not been determined 
  • Dixon, DeGennaro, and Franzoni will be the return men

Concerns: 

  • There are a ton of new faces: how fast can they mesh together? The early portion of their schedule is tough

Recruiting:  

  • DeGennaro verballed to Maryland 
  • Horn verballed to Navy 
  • Leone verballed to Yale 
  • Connor Deveney verballed to Richmond 
  • Franzoni has interest from Army and Navy 
  • Clouse has offers from Bucknell, Eastern Kentucky, and Morehead State 
  • Hammond is a post-grad who will be headed to Penn after this year 
  • Hill has strong interest from the Ivy and Patriot Leagues 
  • Parsons has interest from the Ivy League 
  • Woods will be playing college football and is 100% a scholarship player  
  • Lanzidelle has interest from NEC schools and may go higher 
  • Underclassmen:  
  • Wiggenton has a UMass offer and will be a Power-5 player  
  • Anderson will play and it’s only a matter of time before Power-5 schools contact him 
  • Kelvin Smith and Liam Rempel will receive interest 
  • Sophomore: Jacob Allen will be a Power-5 prospect 
  • Dixon is another sophomore who is a Power-5 candidate 
  • Romano is a sophomore who will play college football
