Concerns:

  • Staying healthy
  • Depth
  • Light junior class with only four; a total of 50 is in the program, including 17 seniors and 15 sophomores

Recruiting:

  • Maksimiak could play football or lacrosse; a D2/D3 football player or anywhere from D1 to D3 in lacrosse
  • Masso is a 1-A punter; the question is does he want to just punt or play offense or defense and he has great hands as a receiver
  • Aponte is D2/D3
  • Underclassmen:
  • Unproven talent

Coach’s Comments:

“We’re looking forward to a full season and I think we’ll be OK. We have many skill players back and we need to fill in a couple of line spots. I’m happy with the skill players and I like what I have.” – Head Coach Scott Mahoney
