Quarterback:  

  • Nate Robbins, Senior, 5-11, 180 – 3-year starter 
  • Jacob Zamot, Sophomore, 5-11, 150 – waiting in the wings 

Running Back:  

  • LeQuint Allen, Sophomore, 6-0, 190 – 3-year starter 
  • Bricere Hunter, Sophomore, 5-11, 170 – will get some carries 

Wide Receiver: 

  • Calem Bowman, Senior, 6-2, 180 – returning starter 
  • Ti-yon Cephas, Senior, 5-9, 140 – returning starter in the slot hyphenated 
  • Ta’Ron Haile, Sophomore, 6-0, 170 – returning starter 
  • Thomas Smith, Junior, 5-10, 150 – projected starter 
  • Naeem Sharp, Sophomore, 5-9, 160 – will be in rotation 

Offensive Line: 

  • Jaydan Wright, Senior, 5-10, 275 – returning starter at center 
  • George Gonzalez, Senior, 5-11, 150 – started at right guard early before being injured 
  • Achan Harris, Senior, 5-8, 230 – returning starter at left guard 
  • Tyheim Mitchell, Junior, 6-2, 260 – returning starter at left tackle 
  • Right tackle will be decided in camp 

Defense:  

  • Formation: 3-3 Stack 
  • Returning Starters: 9 

Defensive Line:  

  • Kevin White, Sophomore, 6-1, 230 – returning starter at end 
  • Elijah Edwards, Senior, 6-4, 240 – returning starter at end 
  • Jaydan Wright, Senior, 5-10, 275 – returning starter at nose guard 

Linebacker:  

  • Keyan German, Junior, 5-10, 250 – returning starter at the Mike 
  • Solomon Kent, Junior, 6-0, 180 – returning starter at the Will  
  • The Sam position is open for competition 
  • LeQuint Allen, 6-0, 190 – returning starter on the outside 
  • Calem Bowman, Senior, 6-2, 180 – returning starter on the outside  

Secondary:  

  • Ti-yon Cephas, senior, 5-9, 140 – returning starter at cornerback 
  • Ta’Ron Haile, sophomore, 6-0, 170 – returning starter at free safety 
  • The opposite cornerback is up for grabs 

Special Teams: 

  • Robbins returns at punter and junior Jayden Rayis will be the kicker 
  • Allen may be a return man, while freshman Lotzier Brooks (5-10, 170) will be a factor

Concerns:  

  • Sticking together and playing as a team and not being their worst enemy by letting selfishness getting in between them 

Recruiting: 

    • Allen verballed to Syracuse 
    • Bowman has interest from Temple, Monmouth, and Sacred Heart 
    • Robbins is a very good high school football player whose height will land him on the D3 level 
    • Cephas and the linemen also have height issues that will make them D3 candidates 
    • Edwards will probably go the prep or JUCO route 
    • Underclassmen: 
    • German and Kent are D3 candidates with height issues 
    • Haile is a sophomore with five offers, including West Virginia, Virginia, Boston College, and Maryland
    • Brooks, a freshman, holds Rutgers and West Virginia offers and he will be a national prospect before long
